We work intensively with a small number of clients, over months or years, using our partner network to deliver a service that rivals the capabilities of much larger organizations, without the large upfront fees. And we often re-invest those fees into our clients.

After rigorous assessment, we identify key breakthrough issues that could enable a client to succeed globally. David started his career with Jefferson Smurfit, before rising to become Global Marketing Manager for Shell Chemicals ($25 Bn sales). Since then David has led several software, digital & financial services startups and founded Argento Partners. David earned his business degree from Dublin City University with further education from Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, IMD and Harvard. David has mentored over 50 tech founders and was a course advisor to Enterprise Ireland and Stanford’s acclaimed International Sales Program. David has been published by various business journals, is an approved director by the Irish Central Bank, holds a Cleantech patent and is judge on IE Business School’s International MBA program.
John was IBM’s first eBusiness evangelist in Europe, and later transitioned to Lenovo where he ran Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business in Europe driving the Online business from zero to $100+ Million. John is part of the global WSI network as a Digital Marketing eCommerce Advisor and Consultant with SMB, Startups and Corporates. John is an award-winning speaker and presenter of a variety of radio programs and podcasts. He has an Electronics Engineer specializing in Telecommunications and Computing from Trinity College Dublin.
Harold Ramsey a experienced capital markets professional with experience gained over 17 years in finance, alternative investments, structured finance and venturing - with credentials spanning capital raising, investment management, corporate development, finance, business analysis and strategy. He possesses a global network of investment relationships with client engagements across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North and South America. Harold was managing director at Aegis Capital and Forte Capital. Later he specialized as Wealth Manager at Benchmark, Spartan Capital, and latterly Newbridge Securities and Paulson Investments in NYC. Harold founded Rising River Capital as an event-driven private investment fund. He studied Financial Economics at Binghamton University.
Fernando Santa is a Colombian founder executive based in São Paulo, Brazil. A trained Industrial Engineer and Economist, he holds MBA with post-graduate studies in Marketing, Innovation and Digital Health from Wharton, Sloan MIT, Northwestern. He worked for Novartis, as Supply Chain Manager for LATAM, for Sodexo as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, as Managing Partner for B!PLAY Brazil. In 2016 Fernando co-founded Hopewell Group advising start-ups and raising finance including $50M for an AgTech venture. In 2018 Fernando founded Adarna Health Data, an AI provider to many Latin American governments and Healthcare providers. He is angel investor and start-up mentor to several accelerators in Health Tech, AgTech and FinTech.
David Dunne has led global businesses and entrepreneurial ventures that have been at the forefront of digital marketing since 1994. Based in New York, he is the founder of Velocidi, and recently launched Audientz, a creator of original online audiences for digital brand marketing. David co-founded three digital startups; Dot Com Interactive, Linkbuilders and F8Media between 1994 and 1998 before communications firm Edelman picked him to develop its global digital practice. He built the business into the world’s largest social media agency, operating in twenty-six countries.
Sugata has been working in the startup ecosystem building incubators, mentoring early-stage ideas, and investing in high potential teams for 15+ years. As Associate Dean of IE Business School Madrid, she led the re-design of a global top 10 MBA program. Sugata has created 6 successful incubators - business school, a VC fund, a major airline, an e-sports club and outsourced workplace provider, She regularly collaborates with the UN and the EU Commission. Sugata earned her Finance degree from University of Delhi, her MBA at IE Business School, and is completing the Venture Capital Investment course at UC Berkeley, Hass School of Business.
Julian has been heavily involved in Venture Capital since 2012. Over the past decade he built a solid reputation in the London technology investment scene amongst a sizeable network of fellow VC and HNW co-investors and technology founders.He has worked as an entrepreneur and technology executive in various verticals for most of my career and have a passion for venture capital, helping founders navigate to successful outcomes.
