Helped pivot the client to secure $12M Series A investment to transform the company into an enterprise-grade Big Data platform – and later arranged follow-on investment and brokered a transatlantic merger opportunity.
We defined clear product proposition that helped the client gain early sales which validated their market attractiveness. Later we managed their US market entry and secured local distribution partners. This set them up for $10M Series A with leading US Private Equity firms.
After a sales and market validation campaign, discovered a valued niche in energy savings coupled with recycling. Invested early-stage round adding smart angels to scale up the product market fit - within 2 years the start-up was acquired by a leading player for $45 million.
Argento is an early-stage investor in this innovate new smart materials start-up which is aiming to become a market leader in Sports, Gaming and Health Therapeutics segments as they gain well-known brand partners – current valuation $110 million
Re-formatted the client operation and its place within its sector to enable it bid for larger sales deals, improved sales & pricing strategies and later brokered a merger deal with an industry sector leader.
Re-designed the product, assisted in commercial launch, developed go-to-market outreach. Product combined software monitoring, cloud infrastructure with edge devices, using satellite tracking and solar power. Gained government and industry support.
Argento led the Pre-Seed round for this highly market-driven B2B Telecom industry provider. We worked intensively with the founding team to create a viable MVP, sales and financing propositions to validate it with enterprise customers and ensure good product market fit.
Digital transformation which led to a re-positioning the client’s market and product focus and subsequently helped close several key reference sales across European – which led to first significant external investment.
Helped pivot the client to secure Angel and later Series A rounds to fund overseas expansion, then re-positioned the client within the international landscape and developed early sales wins. Later brokered M&A deal from sector leader.
The client was not making traction, so we re-focused their market strategy and product-market fit to help gain notable reference sales wins. We used this market traction to attract several top tier ESG investors including Private Equity funds.
Pivoted client to much larger, fast growing market segments, developed a strong market message and closed number of key industry reference sales – leading to a competitor takeover bid.
Worked intensively with founder to shape up his vision, identify the product requirements, create an MVP and get market validation and later recruit component suppliers. Argento led the Pre-Seed round and later brokered sales deals with several early adopters.
Identified and validated a new high-value sales segment and client pivoted product and sales to suit. Led an international sales and marketing campaign and gained several leading brands across Europe and the Gulf which expanded the product offering – valued $90 million,
Invested in first external Seed round and then accelerated product and sales development by targeting high value international clients. Hired new talent overseas and helped founder build out business base, later expanding across several markets and widen product offering.
