After a sales and market validation campaign, discovered a valued niche in energy savings coupled with recycling. Invested early-stage round adding smart angels to scale up the product market fit - within 2 years the start-up was acquired by a leading player for $45 million.
Started from ideation using a blue ocean canvas, developed proposition, positioning, go-to-market and integrated product roadmap. Led initial sales outreach to key customers and later transitioned to channel sales focus - current valuation c. $110 million
